Default LDN and mold illness recovery (neurotoxins or biotoxins)

Rosebud here.

I am starting a thread to help me track improvements noted from LDN.

I started a week ago, on Oct. 23. For now, I am on 3 mg and still waiting a 2-3 more weeks before going up to 4.5 mg.

The main bulk of my mold in my house was gone on Oct 20, but still have some air filtering to do.

Symptom improvement--
1. My arms do not wake me at night with pain, numbness, pins and needles.
2. Brain fog is lifting (subtle, indeed, almost elusive)
3. I can put my socks on while standing without losing my balance
4. I can actually feel pain going away, instead of coming and not leaving me. No terrible muscle spasms in my upper back/neck yet since starting LDN.
5. Just had the swine flu (still waiting for positive confirmation in my son's nasal swab test), and I had fever for only two days. For the flu, it really wasn't that bad. Now, I hope I don't catch seasonal flu.
